A Logistic extension

Since its inception, RaPCo Ltd. has redefined the commercial support now expected in an ever-competitive moulding industry. We also believe in the synergy attained by developing strong commercial relationships with its client. Witness to this is the fact that most of our clients now regard us as a natural extension of the clients' logistics department.

Warehousing

A large percentage of the materials sold to customers is drawn from RaPCo's own stockholdings. RaPCo's two warehouses are located within the limits of two industrial estates in which our core clients are located in. These facilities also enable us to operate JIT deliveries.

Competitive pricing & Price stability

The increasing buying power of RaPCo Ltd. is reflected in our material pricing, with even the smaller converter able to share in the benefits. Our varied & global supplier base also enables us to meet the specific price targets of our diversified clients. Our ability to source the same type of material through a wide range of suppliers gives us a flexible ability to strike a balance in meeting our clients request for : price-quality-service targets.

Through our alliance partners we can also smooth even further many of the price fluctuations that occur in the market, and offer our customers a longer duration of price stability.

For many customers, dealing directly with the major material suppliers is either not an option, due to volume constraints or is restricting in logistical / operational terms.

Flexible supplies

As distributors we strife continuously to improve our approach which allows our service to be tailored to the customer's needs : be it a small or a a large converter. In the case of packaging, we are in a position to supply in the traditional 25Kg. bags, and also in 500/1000Kg. Gaylord's & IBC's.

Material & Financial support

RaPCo Ltd. has proved to be a reliable and effective partner for contract supplies. For most of its medium to large customers, RaPCo has been successfully operating:

• buffer-stock warehousing
• consignment / PAYU facilities

Our support has also been extended to consider participating in project financing together with our customers.
